2. Account Rules

One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
No Transfer: Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared with others.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated scripts, bots, or AI to manipulate games
Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
Using the platform from restricted territories (Assam, Odisha, Telangana, etc.)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Minimum withdrawal is ₹100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours during high volume periods. We reserve the right to request KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding ₹10,000.

5. Game Fairness

All games on Jai Club are based on skill and probability algorithms. Results are generated through certified random number generators (RNG). We guarantee fair play and transparent results. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jai Club is not liable for:

Losses incurred during gameplay
Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, device failures)
User errors in placing bets or transactions
Third-party payment processor delays

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the violation severity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your State], India.
